What is the delivery time?
Delivery estimates range from 2 to 5 weeks after dispatch.
Your tracking number will be sent to the email used at checkout within 7 working days of payment confirmation.

If Royal Mail or local couriers attempt delivery 3 times and the item is returned to sender, we do not offer refunds or take responsibility for the undelivered item.

We are not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect/incomplete address details, unknown recipient, or failure to receive the item at the delivery address.

Should a returned parcel need to be resent, the customer will be required to cover the cost of reshipping.

International delivery involves multiple handling stages (couriers, airports, customs, etc.), so we are unable to expedite delivery or provide a specific delivery date.

Tracking updates may take time due to international transit. It is normal for 20 days or more to pass between updates.

The 4 to 12 week window is an estimate. Most deliveries arrive within 45 days, but some may take longer. The maximum delivery period is 12 weeks.

If your parcel is lost or stuck in the postal system, this will be reflected in your tracking status. In such cases, Top Buy Trends will issue a gift card of equal value, so you can reorder.
