Not satisfied? Exchanges and returns at Top Buy Trends
Here at YOUR SHOP, we want happy customers. We want our products to bring a wave of joy when they arrive at your home, so that you'll want to shop with us again and again.
If for any reason you’re not pleased with your purchase, we’ll do our best to sort things out, following a few simple rules for exchanges, returns and refunds.
Change of Mind or Withdrawal
If you'd like to return or exchange a product because you've changed your mind, and the item is in perfect condition, you have up to 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt to request a return. This must be done via phone or email.
How to proceed with a return or exchange due to change of mind:

Contact Top Buy Trends's support team via email at topbuytrends@gmail.com

Send the product back via post, with postage paid by the customer, to the return address (Top Buy Trends).
Important: The item must be returned in its original packaging, unused, with any seals intact (where applicable), and with all original accessories included.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets the above conditions, you may choose between:

Receiving store credit from Top Buy Trends for the full amount paid, which can be used on another item immediately or within 6 months.

A full refund via the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
If your order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel, you must wait for it to arrive, return it to the address provided by the company, and then the refund will be processed.
YOUR SHOP is not obliged to exchange any item that shows signs of misuse, or if the request is made after the return period has expired.
We provide item measurements in centimetres to help avoid sizing errors. According to the Consumer Protection Code – Article 18, retailers are not legally required to offer exchanges due to a change of mind regarding colour, size, model, or any other reason. The consumer’s right to an exchange applies only to defective items.
Other Issues
All the above situations — and any others not listed — must be reported to Top Buy Trends by phone or via email at Top Buy Trends
Items returned without prior communication, outside of the return window, or missing parts/accessories may be sent back to the customer without notice.
In addition to the cases already mentioned, you should refuse delivery of the item if:

The packaging is open or damaged;

The item itself is damaged;

The product is different from what was ordered;

Accessories are missing.
If you still receive the item under any of these circumstances, please contact Top Buy Trends support within 72 hours of receipt.
